Turn Off Remote Screen During Sharing

I have an iMac set up in my house that I would like to connect to using Apple Screen Sharing. The connection works beautifully but I want to find a way to turn of the monitor while it's connected. I don't see a way to do that. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to use Screen Sharing while leaving the remote machine's display off?
