Why is cellular data turning off by itself? iPhone X iOS 11.1.1

The cellular data setting on my new iPhone X running iOS 11.1.1 is toggling from on to off by itself, often when in use buy an app like satellite radio. It seems to turn itself off randomly. In addition and probably unrelated, the Wi-Fi hotspot and Bluetooth settings seem to be turning on by themselves. Any help or similar experiences appreciated.
