What is preventing me from allowing a family member to download a song in my group

I have updated the iOS to the current one the phone is a 6s, I’ve added the family member to my group, but it’s not allowing the family member to down load any free music

Hey Brparp,

If I understand correctly, a family member joined your group but is not able to download free music. If you are referring to shared family purchases the first two articles should help. If you have an Individual Membership, you will need to change it to a Family Membership. I would recommend you read these articles and use them to help troubleshoot the issue.
