MacBook Pro 13 early 2011 crash and reboot with mini dp- vga adapter

I bought a second hand MacBook Pro 13 (early 2011) (macOS High Sierra 10.13.1)

I also wanted to connect it to my TV (Schaub Lorenz) so I bought a mini dp - vga adapter where I plug a vga-hdmi cable to the TV.

The problem is that when I connect it, the MacBook's display starts to turn on and off like is loading over and over again and nothing happens. Then it starts to reboot like a loop and it doesn't stop since I unplug the cable.

I also tried to do everything with safe mode but still nothing -.-

I hope I was clear, English is not my language :)

Need help with this. I Don't really know what to do.
