Can anybody tell mi how to fix my iPhone 5 SE every time I try to make a call going out it doesn’t call it dosent even count the minutes is just immediately says call ended

I am currently experiencing he same problem. Started about 2 hours ago. Still haven’t been able to find out how to fix it. All other phone functions work including accessing data, FaceTime and such. I’ve “hard resettled” no luck.
I have the same problem on my iphone 7, just noticed it about 30 minutes ago. Can't use apple support since i can't make or recieve a phone call...
