Past two days, I sign in and click "update" or "update all". The boxes grey out but nothing downloads. Any idea what's up?

The problem sorted itself automatically after about a week. Internet connection was fine, ID was correct: the AppStore just stalled. The update process needed SMARTreporter to quit, and when that quit, the AppStore updates stalled for days. Restarts didn't help.

Just reporting this as a possible issue.
