cant make calls or recieve calls on my 6splus. Tried turning it off then turning it back on. Didn’t help.

If you're phone carrier is AT&T they are having a nation wide outage, if not then contact your phone carrier.

I turned my clock off manual to automatic and it let me make and recieve calls...
