Boot Loop Mac mini

Hello I have a 2012 Mac mini 17B48 Running High Sierra 10.13.1

I have just recently wiped and installed this OS as I have had this boot loop problem for sometime and figured that would fix it.

Basically the computer kicks on, gets to about 3/4 loaded and then restarts. It will do this 3-5x before booting successfully. It was worse with the previous Os, I'd have to boot into safe mode and run disk utility first aid (which found no problems, but somehow fixed the boot issue for that session)

Anyhow, with the little detective work performed prior to this post I booted with command V to view when the error was occuring and have this pic to share.
