Teachers cannot view screens in Apple Classroom 2.1 if iPad is at iOS 11.1 or higher

Hi there, we are having exactly the same issues. Any iPad which has been updated to iOS 11.1 or above now only shows a black screen when a teacher attempts to view the screen in Classroom. We can still perform all other operations, including seeing the Apps students are using by icon only, but the screen viewer is consistently black.

This is the case for staff iPads on iOS 11.1.1 and iOS 11.1.2 - here's hoping that iOS 11.2 solves this as staff are losing faith in the tool, which has been absolutely superb until now...

Hello Adrian, we are having the same issues here, we also have noticed that when students are working with a PDF file thru iTunesU, even when they press save, they lose all the work they did, they now have to export file to a cloud and answer it using Files app. Have you had this problem also?

I have got the same problem with my iPad 2 at home it will not let me stream video any longer, it says to turn off screen recording which i have done but it is still showing as error 8008. Very frustrating.

It looks iOS has skipped 11.1.3 and gone to 11.2. I had this problem in my classroom. I could see Students with 11.0.x, but not with 11.1.2. I had one student install 11.2 and I could then see their screen.
