Cannot send sms using iphone 6.

I cannot send sms to anyone using my iphone 6. Before, I am using TM simcard and now, I changed it to globe. But unfortunately, it stays the same. 😟 Imessage is enabled, I tried to disabled it and restart the phone but still I cannot send sms. Please help. 😟

I changed it to globe simcard. I'm living here in the Phils., so one of the carriers are TM and Globe.

Can you use iMessage over wifi? Sounds like your Globe plan may not include sms or it is not compatible.
