iphone 7 plus stuck on logo ios 11.1.1

Used the beta version of iOS 11 and during the 2nd update got stuck in logo lock. Now I've removed the beta version and I'm currently running iOS 11.1.1 and it's still stuck in the same logo lock.

I've restored. I've updated. Nothing is working and I don't know why
