Question: Family Share Mystery

Family Share for apps is not working for the adults but works for the kids. They can see all apps from each other and us, but when we look all we get is “No Purchases” from everyone but ourselves. We tried all the steps in this help article and they did not work: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201454 Please help!

iPhone 7 Plus, iOS 10.2.1

Solved! Go to Settings > Name > ITunes & App Store > Apple ID — then sign out, then sign in, then restart your phone.


This worked for each of the adults.

We were trying through the cell towers data and got the above result. The kids are on a different data service. Now at home on WiFi it’s working on my phone. Will try the steps in the above on my spouse’s phone to see if it’ll work.
