I cannot send or receive SMS/MMS texts on my iPhone 8 or iPhone 7 since the last update. HELP!

Ever since the last IOS update IOS 11.1.1 neither my iPhone 7+ nor my iPhone 8+ can send or receive SMS text messages. I get Message failure messages. I can send iMessages - but cannot message non iPhone users. I have tried every fix I can find online - please HELP!

I understand from your post that you are not able to send or receive SMS messages on two of your iPhones. Since this is happening with SMS messages on both of your iPhones, you may want to check with your carrier as SMS are a carrier controlled feature.
