Why does my iPhone8 take pink photos when the light is dim?

I have a new iPhone8 that is only a couple of weeks old. I have noticed that when I try to take a photo with the camera app if there are any shadows or the light is dim, the photo has a pink hue. I have included an example photo below. In sunlight, I don’t have this problem. The color is the same with and without my case on the phone. Does anyone know why my amazing iPhone camera is taking such awful pictures in low light?

I took my phone to the Apple store and they replaced my camera. It was included in the warrantee with my phone, so it didn’t cost me anything. The repair took about an hour and they had the part in stock!! I hope a visit to the Apple Store helps you too.
