Can`t reformat MacBook Pro

I`m having trouble getting my MacBook Pro to a clean MacOS Install.

Trying from a USB drive and from the internet recovery, both get to a black screen after error in Install. Have to disconnect my batery for a restart.

But if I recover from Time Machine, it works perfect, but from before formating.

All I want is a clean Install MacBook Pro so I can give this to another person.
