I cant open any links to webpages from Mail. The browser opens blank

Working on a Macbook Pro Retina. Have upgraded to IOS 10.13.1. I'm having so many issues with Mail from not being able to move or delete messages, not able to send messages and the latest one is I cant open any webpages from CTA buttons - I just get a new browser window that is blank. It was fine yesterday. Whats going on? I can copy the link and repaste, but its easier and faster to do it the way its meant to be done.
