I just purchased 2TB iCloud - Photos not syncing and it has been 2 days

I am trying to upload 300GB of my photos and videos from mac to iCloud but it seems stuck and no movement in uploading for more than 2 days now. How do I get all my images up to iCloud?

iPad Pro, iOS 10.2.1, Apple Pencil
