Remove the store from TV app with Configurator 2

We use Configurator 2 to set up and massively restrict iPads that we give to potential customers for demoing our own apps. Part of this process is to remove all the Apple Apps.

We add PDF user manuals into the iBooks app for them to read if they want. We also add in tutorial videos. We used to use the Videos app for this but now that that has been replaced with the TV app.

Here's the problem:

When a customer launches the TV app the first thing it does is show them all the stuff that's available on the iTunes store. It's only if they go to the Library that they can see our videos. We don't want them to see the iTunes store stuff only our own videos.

Does anyone know a way of being able to restrict this in iOS either through configurator or a profile?

If we can't do this, then we will remove the TV app. In which case, is there a recommendation for a good free app that we can load about a dozen short videos into that will allow users to watch them?
