how to transfer all i phone contacts to my desk top mac please

You can do this two ways: iTunes or iCloud.
iTunes: iTunes for Mac: Sync contacts, calendars, and other info with iPod, iPhone, or iPad
iCloud: Keep your contacts up to date on all of your devices with iCloud
