Can't stream music while using Apple Music on Apple Watch 3

Error message when attempting to stream music on Apple Watch 3. Says "cannot stream music. Use iPhone to turn on cellular data." Cellular data has been/is on but I keep getting that message and can't stream music. What am I missing? Thanks!

Hi

It may help to check your settings:

On iPhone, go to: Settings > Mobile / Cellular Data > turn on Music.
On iPhone, go to: Settings > Music > Mobile / Cellular Data > enable Cellular Data and Streaming.
