How do I use iTunes on a Chrome platform?

I attempted to d/l iTunes to a computer I'm forced to use temporarily (my MacBook Pro c. '09 is out of commission).

It's an Acer with Chrome....not sure whether to shoot IT or ME first....

I'm desperate to sync files/photos from an old phone to my computer before the old iPhone 6 gives out. Right now the phone displays "iPhone is disabled Connect to iTunes"

Thanks for any and all help!

iTunes only runs on Macs and Windows PC platform. Chrome is not an OS but a browser except when it is used on certain portable computers running an Android-adopted OS called ChromeOS. Wrong type of hardware for iTunes.
