Old iPhone

I have an old iPhone 5 that I have been keeping, because I have tons of picture on the phone hardware and not saved to iCloud. The phone is currently locked and needs to be connected to iTunes. Is there anyway I can get these pictures? I’m willing to pay whatever amount of money it takes. These are photos of my children.

Why do you say this? Do you not remember the passcode? Is the device disabled? Have you ever backed up the phone since you had the pictures on it? If the device is disabled, or you forgot the passcode, then the only thing you can do with it is restore it, which wipes all content off of it. If you have connected it to the computer you have at home, then try connecting to the computer and see if you can import the photos. If the device is disabled, and not just forgotten the passcode, then you might be able to import the photos if you have selected to trust the phone. If you did not do that, or if the device is disabled, the content cannot be accessed. Your only choice is to wipe it. No amount of money will be able to access your device.
