I need to contact the old owner of my iPod Touch serial #CC*********4JW. I need to get the info to get it out of activation lock.

Is there any way that I can get ahold of the Old owner of my iPod touch, that I got when I purchased a storage unit at auction? I need it to be removed from their account. b.....@gmail.com is all the info i have. Please email me back at *********@hotmail.com Thank you.

You shouldn't post personal information, like your email, in a public forum.

As far as reaching the original owner of this iPod Touch, without the complete email, you are never going to find this person.

So, you are never, EVER going to get that iPod Touch to work.

Apple will not help you with any of this, either, as Activation Lock is an anti-theft, privacy protection feature.

This cannot be defeated.

You will NEVER get this to work.

The best thing you can do is to either turn this into the Police OR turn it into an Apple Store for a 10% recycling fee that Apple will give you for this device for turning it in for recycling.
