IPhone7+ has been restoring for over a week / restore seems stalled
My IPhone7+ has been restoring for over a week. Under settings > Backup it says “iPhone is being restored and will backup when done. Restoring Media.”
Is there a way to see the status of a backup?
I know my backup isn’t complete b/c I am missing pictures but it doesn’t seem to be doing anything to complete the restore.I also keep getting a pop up message of “Purchase of this item is not currently available. This item is being modified. Please try again later.” I have no idea what this message is referring to or how to stop it.
Suggestions?
