Are these really your accounts? Or are they the accounts of some former owner of this iPhone?

If they're yours, then retrieve both passwords. Gmail instructions tell you how to get that one. Apple ID comes from:

If these are the previous owner's, then you must contact the previous owner or the iPhone will remain useless to you.
