MacBook Pro issues?
I have an Etre log.
All these strange/unseen processes have appeared.
Any and all help appreciated.

Sorry for the vague question, I wasn't allowed to post before.
I need help, I think my MacBook is infected with something bad.
As mentioned I have an Etre log. I have no idea what to do.
I paid to get it repaired by a professional and a week later the issues came back (i.e. strange processes)
It was working fine for a week and bam, issues again.
