iPhotos to folders at the side

I have an iMac desktop I would like to move not copy photos from iPhotos to albums on the side of the iPhotos but everything I do does not work iphoto does not show anything at the bottom good do with some help please

iPhoto '11, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

Create albums inside your folders. Then you can drag to the albums inside the folders.

For example, you are having an album "China 2017" inside a folder China 2017. You can drag photos to the album "China 2017" but not to the folder. Folders are meant to group your albums, if you have related albums. If you just want to group photos, use only albums and not folders.
