How will the payment for my new iPhone be completed and when will i recieve it?

I ordered an iPhone X the day it got available, and it was supposed to be delivered between the 13. and the 20. of November. Now it’s the 16. of November and the payment still hasn’t been completed. I have received two emails that said that the payment didn’t get through, an because I didn’t have enough money in my account tomake the purchase. Bhave now, I’ve had for a couple of days, but the order is still just pending and the payment hasn’t gone through. When can I expect the payment to go through and when will I then recieve my iPhon

That was the problem iPhone X is in great demand so your order would not have become valid until the payment was available (pending). At that point the question would be is there any stock left. If the stock was sold before the payment had been available, you will have to wait.

They should contact you soon with another date.


The payment will be taken just prior to the date it is sent to you so make sure sufficient money remains available.

The contact you already have and the source of the two emails you have received ... is Apple. So if you can use that link you will make progress. The key is the amount of money in your account should always be available to meet the 'Pending' charge.


If you eventually cancel for any reason, the pending amount will become available for spending again but it sometimes takes a few days for this return to be completed.
