We here cannot do any more than point you in the right direction. Click on the blue link I sent in my first post and the instructions are there.

Just a little extra guidance. To post with heavy block letters is thought of as shouting, something that is disapproved of here. Try to use normal type sizes only.

I'm glad to see the hosts have quickly removed the personal detauls.

You are not talking to Apple here. We are volunteers, users like yourself, and largely working from home. As such, we are sometimes called away or helping someone else and not always available. You may have to be patient.

Iran isn't supported by Apple, there isn't an iTunes Store there. And as there isn't an iTunes Store there you must currently have a different country on your iTunes account, using a country's store when not in that country isn't allowed - when you are in that country (or if/when Apple open an iTunes Store in Iran and you can put your real address on your account) you can contact its support and see if they can/will reset your security questions.

As my colleague King Penguin writes, we cannot go any further from here. We have no way to link with Iran or the Persian language and the account you are using here is clearly based in another country. I am sorry but I cannot add more.

If you are not in the US you cannot use the US store, being in a country is part of the store's terms (terms that you agreed to abide by). When you are in the US you could try contacting US Support and see if they can reset the questions for you.

Try Apple Support.

Apple Support by e-mail or chat Select your device, Battery, Power and Charging, then Power adapter not working to get a chat option. If you need to talk to them, ask them if they will do a Skype or FaceTime with you.
