my ringer and silence switch is on but the little bell keeps popping up on my screen without touching the switch...any help please ?

Try to update to the latest iOS version if you haven't already.

Try to factory reset your iPhoneRestore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod to factory settings - Apple Support
