Unable to access Mail preferences

Hello everyone,

Since I updated to High Sierra, I am unable to open the Mail app's preferences. When I click on the "Preferences" menu item, nothing happens – same goes for hitting the shortcut cmd + , . Hints would be appreciated!

Cheers, bostitch

Hi,

I can access Preferences OK but:

I'm at Level 3 with Apple support. I can no longer get BT mail to work since last week. I have spent over 3 hours on the phone with Apple but we cannot find a solution. If I create a Test User a/c BT mail works OK, but not in my Administrator a/c.

As a matter of interest you could try the same test.

I will post a further reply as soon as I hear from Apple Engineers, its up to them now.

Regards
