numbers and contacts disappeared occasionally (iphone )

Hello,

I own iphone 6plus with the latest IOS VER. (11.1.1).

numbers and contacts disappeared occasionally and I also found many duplications in contacts.

what can be done in order to fix it?

It looks like no one has responded to your question. Here are a couple things that, if answered, might help others answer your question:

1. Are your contacts present when you sign in at this website and click on Contacts? http://www.icloud.com

2. If your contacts are not synced to iCloud, do you use another account to sync contacts?

3. Where are the numbers disappearing from? In any specific app(s)?

Thanks for your reply.

as a matter of fact, i don't see it in the contacts when I sign in at this website and click contacts.

I actually share it with my young son.

the numbers disappear from my contact when i try to call and from whatsapp as well.
