Hi jaapfromdoorn,

Welcome to the Apple Support Communities!

From your question, I understand that you have two iPhone 5s devices that have a mixture of Health data between the two different users. I’m happy to provide an explanation on how this can happen and how to remedy the situation.

Based on the information you provided, it sounds like these two iPhone 5s devices are using the same Apple ID for iCloud. Health data uses iCloud to sync and store Health data.

Your health data stays up to date across all your devices automatically using iCloud where it is encrypted while in transit and at rest.

iOS - Health - Apple

If both devices are using the same Apple ID for iCloud, it may be beneficial to the two users to separate their accounts.

Hi jaapfromdoorn,

Thanks for the follow-up. I’m happy to help you get signed out of iCloud on one of the iPhone devices.

First, if Activation Lock is enabled, that will need to be disabled:

Turn off Find My iPhone Activation Lock - Apple Support

Once Activation Lock has been disabled, navigate to Settings > [your name] (top item in settings) > and then scroll down to where you see the option to Sign Out.

After tapping Sign Out, you will have the option to Sign Out of iCloud and Store, Sign Out of iCloud, or Sign Out of Store. In this situation, you only need to sign out of iCloud to enable you to sign in with a different Apple ID.

To create a new Apple ID, please follow the instructions in the next article:

Create and start using an Apple ID - Apple Support

Best!
