I followed the instructions on the web page, but there are no photos showing in download. I do not want to download one at a time - I want ALL my photos on my PC. I understand new ones will be automatically added, but I want the old ones too

Thinking that calling an Apple Support Advisor would help in this situation as they can screen share and help walk you through the process
- Backing up and restoring on another device to get your old photos to your PC is a probable step
- I'd reach out when you have a bit of time to troubleshoot with them; they're great 1 800 MY APPLE
