Unacceptable GSM reception in iPhone X

Dear Apple Community,

With regret after receiving the new iPhone X (64GB) model A1901 with IOS 11.1.1, I have experienced severe problems in closed areas (eg inside a Hotel) with GSM signal.

Most of the times I'm experiencing No Service compared to other iphone users (7, 7+) that have full signal strength with same carrier and under same conditions.

Initially i thought that my phone is faulty , but asking my colleagues (since we are in a convention) that have iPhone X, they experience the same problem.

I have followed all the steps instructed by Apple to solve the problem without any success.

Therefore, according to my understanding this seems to be a general issue of this line up.

I hope that Apple soon finds a fix regarding this severe issue and even recall the devices for service or replacement.

Any help is more than welcome !!
