Delete unused backup target computers from iTunes wifi sync

I have an iPhone 6+ running IOS 11.1.1. When I go to Settings>>General>>iTunes Wi-Fi Sync on my phone, there are several backup target computers listed that I have since disposed of. I can't find any way to delete them from my phone's list of target machines for backup. Any ideas?
