iPhone 6s plus microfon problem

Hello people i have a problem with my mic on iphone 6s plus,so when i record video its work mic,on whats and msg when video call mic work but only call dosent work,call on phone works,siri works,voice memos dosent work...i dont know *** is this.
please help
