Merging 2 iCloud storage plans

I have bought 2 different iCloud 200G plans for me and my wife under our respective iCloud IDs and would like to merge them or rather consolidate them all into just 1 iCloud plan. How do I do it?

The storage can't be merged. Use Family Sharing instead.
