Horizontal Red Lines Flicker Across Logic Display

Sometimes, I get horizontal red lines periodically flickering across my Logic display- on the Arrange window, and the Mixer window.
Is this a problem, is it an indication of something wrong with my computer, and can I fix it, as it irritates my tired eyes.
