Air play is missing from my iPhone se tried all fixes (restrictions,reboot) still no sign any help please

I was led to believe air play used to be able to transfer any content to any apple devise not just Apple TV when did this chande ?

No not at all only change to this phone September so not sure if was on before iOS 11 or mot
