Photos Export Window

I am seeing an error when exporting a photograph from Photos on OSX. You will see from the attached screenshot that the export window underlies the upper toolbar. The top of the export window is covered so cannot be moved. This is a recent issue. It occurs whether the Photos window is full page sized, full window sized or reduced. Is this a bug?

I am running Mac OS High Sierra version 10.13.1 on my MacBook Pro Retina 15" and using Photos version 3.0 (3231.11.210)

Boot into Safe Mode, Mac OS X: Starting up in Safe Mode, and try exporting from there. Any improvement? Reboot normally and try again.

If the above doesn't work close Photos, go to your Users/Home/Library/Containers folder and move the folder titled com.apple.Photos to the Desktop. Reboot, launch Photos and try exporting again.
