Why can i open my moms iphoneX
I can open my moms iphoneX with face recognition, and i havent scan my face on her phone

It probably wasn't really locked when you opened it, but merely asleep.
Have your mom go to Settings > Display & Brightness > Auto-Lock and adjust the setting so that it locks sooner.
