On your iPhone 6, make sure you are logged into your iCloud account and connected to the internet. Then go to your Settings>iCloud, and turn on the switch to sync Contacts. They should populate on your phone. Depending on the quantity of contacts, it may take a few minutes.
If the switch is on, then your contacts should be synced from your iCloud account. What is happening that makes you believe they are not synced? Are you logged into the same iCloud account on your iPhone that you are logged into on the computer?
I'd suggest before going any further, you log in to iCloud - Sign in on your web browser and verify your contacts are found there. If they are there, and you're using the same iCloud account on your iPhone, then they should automatically sync to the Contacts app when the toggle is on. If they don't, you should try signing out and back in to iCloud on the iPhone.
Also, to be certain, double check you're not thinking of contacts from some other cloud service, facebook, google, WhatsApp, etc etc. Only iCloud contacts will sync to iCloud automatically.
I already tried I turned the contacts switch off for awhile then back on and none of my new contacts I just put into my contacts page didn’t even show up like they should have!!! What The “””””?!!! Why is this so difficult to do when it should be a piece of cake Yo !!!! Fu** iCloud I hope the iCloud gets ripped in half by a lure jet flying through it!!! For real Dow !!!

I’m dazed n confused from a severe head injury I got brain damage and head trauma when my motorcycle hit a cement bridge wall doing 90mph!!!!!! So I’m a bit slower than I used to be!! Let me ask you a few questions:
1) Where are you adding contacts (what "contacts page" are you talking about?
2) Did you check iCloud - Sign in on your web browser? Are your contacts there under the Contacts tab?
3) Do you have more than one iCloud account?
You don't need a Mac to manage your contacts. You can do it all from your iPhone. But the iCloud.com website does make it easier.
To be honest with you I screwed up by changing my Apple ID and password more than a few times and now since I have brain damage and head trauma from a horrific motorcycle accident I have been permanently disabled for rest of my lifetime and so my short and long term memory were greatly affected and so I feel like a complete idiot because I’ll never figure out what Apple ID’s and what passwords that I used beforehand!!! So I totally screwed myself over!! God I’m stupid I guess I just lost a lot of very very important contacts like all of my 10+ Drs/Specialists/Trauma Surgeons/Primary Care Physicians/Physical Therapy Centers, My Urologist, My colonoscopy Dr/My Gastrointestinalist Dr MacKinnlay etcetc!! And I still need to restore my iPhone 6 from my moms Mac and need help with retrieving some back ups I did 8 months ago and i still haven’t been able to figure this out too!!! Someone please help me out I’m disabled and really frustrated right now and am scared losing my contacts,phone numbers, pics etcetc!!! I’ll be waiting on an angel to come help me out I’m hoping so!!! Hey I'm sorry to hear about your injuries. I know how hard that can be. My son had some brain injury from an infection last year and it's been a very difficult road to recovery. I'll do what I can to help you but you may also benefit from someone assisting you in person. Can you book an appointment at an Apple Store to get someone to look at your phone? There may be special assistance they can give for disabled customers. Or perhaps a family member or a friend can help you out?
Hey guy I just really wanted to let you know that I am very appreciative for you wanting to help me out !! I’m also very thankful and grateful to have found a nice cool patient helpful dude like yourself!! And plus you understand or realize what I’m dealing with on a daily basis from my horrific motorcycle accident I had years ago and how I’m a bit slower with my brain damage and head trauma plus being in a coma for a month did some damage too Yo !!! Only because of my brain not working out correctly having short n long term brain damage it really makes it tough for me but I st least reach out for help even though I feel like a complete ******** failure doing so!!!! Well guy I need a new battery for my iPhone6 !! Only had my iPhone for 1year I cannot believe that my battery only lasted 1 year that doesn’t even seem correct to me at all!!! None of my other cell phones I’ve ever owned never needed a battery and I had some of my older cell phones work for over 5-10 yrs without changing the battery!! *** man!! Anyways I went to an Apple store last week cuz my iPhone6 was acting crazy and doing bizarre things like it picked up a virus or someone is hacking my **** up maybe anyways how do I get my contacts from my iCloud account to my iPhone6 should I try n use my moms Apple Mac computer to download **** from my iCloud to iPhone6 please help me out I’d really appreciate it bud thanks again Alfie
Go into Settings > iCloud and select the iCloud account (if you don't see it then you need to sign into iCloud), then toggle Contacts to the on position.
