Latest updates

After the latest updates my phone is now a piece of crap. It’s only a yr old, and not only do I have a problem writing the letter I, but it’s now a lot slower, constantly crashes, and my battery last half the time it used too. Am I really suppose to run out and buy the latest phone with this kind of poor quality?
