I use Apple Music to put music in my phone and iPad, if I buy a 4th generation iPod touch will I still be able to use my old library on my computer to upload music to it

I use Apple Music to put music from my library and from Apple Music onto my iPhone and iPad. I'm thinking of buying an iPod touch to use in the gym. I don't want to spend lots of money and was thinking of buying a second hand 4th generation iPod touch. I know this won't work with Apple Music as it doesn't have wifi but if I connect it to my computer will I still be able to put music from my own iTunes library on it?

An iPod Touch 4th gen will NOT have Apple Music on it!

An iPod Touch 4th generation can only run up to iOS 6.1.6.

Apple Music service came much later.

iOS 6.1.6 has an iOS Music app that will only sync music from iTunes on a computer.

So, I guess the answer here is YES.

You can still sync iTunes music content to the iOS Music app on an iPod 4th gen.
