MacOS High Sierra Installation Disk is Locked

After some problems during the instalation i cant install macOS High Sierra in my pc, hte hard disk is locked and i dont know what can i do to restore or install my OS ...

How do i can proceed to unlock my drive and continue to upgrade/reinstall? ...Can i recover my personal information ?
