I have the iPhone 8Plus (256 GB) and have two issues that I'm looking for support with:

(1) I have difficulty downloading apps in the app store. When I attempt to make the purchase the wheel spins. Sometimes restarting my phone resolves the issue but not always. Can you please advise?

(2) My phone shows that I have voicemail but the voicemail menu is blank. It just says "call voicemail" and I know I have at least seven other voicemails in there -- what do you think the problem may be?
