Hi, frankmol92,

Thanks for visiting the Apple Support Communities. From your post, I understand that you are having trouble getting a PDF file from your Windows PC to your iPad 2. I'm happy to help!

PDF files can be transferred from your PC to your iPad using a feature of iCloud called iCloud Drive. iCloud Drive is available by downloading iCloud for Windows on your Windows 7 or later PC ( System requirements for iCloud - Apple Support ), and signing into iCloud on your iPad. You can learn more about iCloud Drive by reading the FAQs here: iCloud Drive FAQ - Apple Support , and you can get instruction on setting it up here: Set up iCloud Drive - Apple Support .

Once iCloud Drive is set up on your iPad, you can download iCloud for Windows and turn iCloud Drive on there. You can get more information on iCloud for Windows here: What is iCloud for Windows? - Apple Support and information on downloading and installing it here: Set up and use iCloud for Windows - Apple Support .

After iCloud Drive is set up on your PC, the next step is getting your PDF into iCloud Drive, where you can access it on both devices: Use iCloud Drive or iBooks to access your PDF files, ePub files, and books - Apple Support .

Cheers!
