itunes extras do not work on macbook pro

I’ve bought quite a few films on iTunes, when I go to play them and view the extras th for ey all come up, but when I select one it will go to play but will leave a black screen.

I’m connected to the internet so it should work. I’ve also tried it on the Apple TV and it was fine on there.
