Unable to update to 11.1.1

I am on iOS 11.1 right now, I can see in the software update option that 11.1.1 (45 mb) is available for download. When I click download and install nothing happens?! I have tried this many times in last few days. What could be the problem?

Also, the battery is draining too fast since installing 11.1 😟
